A full bio psycho social evaluation will be performed on all new patients. The goal of this first encounter is to assess the nature and context of the presenting complaint and develop a treatment plan. An initial evaluation may take more than one visit.  At times it may involve a thorough medical workup and referrals to rule out medical problems that may present psychiatrically.
